A Social Status Air Max Penny 1 is slated to arrive this year

A few OG Air Penny 1's have come out lately. Some may also remember the pictures of the Stussy Air Penny 2 and the first of the Stussy x Nike Air Max Penny 5 . Now it's the turn of sneaker shop Social Status , bringing the Social Status Air Max Penny 1 this year. All information about the shoe can be found here in the article.

The popular sneaker store Social Status has already collaborated with Nike . You may remember the pink and brown Nike Dunk Mid ? They came out in July last year. Now they've packed their ideas onto an Air Max Penny. For those who don't know the Botte: The Air Max Penny is Penny Hardaway's shoe. He was one of the baddest players in the NBA in the 90s. In 1995 he released the first shoe with Nike, the Nike Air Max Penny 1. To date, it is certainly the most sought-after shoe of all models. That's why we're happy that Social Status chose the first silhouette. At Stüssy, some were disappointed that the collaboration was supposed to be a 2 and 5 series.

The Air Max Penny comes in a color block of white and warm grey. Some black elements loosen up the design a bit, like the black insole, the air bubble, the swoosh and some small details. The highlight of the collaboration are the interchangeable Velcro Swooshes with five different colors, each intended to represent a different sport: baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis and golf. And of course there are also additional laces.
