adidas Tubular Doom Glow In The Dark - latest pickup

"adidas builds icons from icons." I made this bold statement at the NMD Talk in Amsterdam. Of course, it was about the NMD series, which has been delighting us with new colors and variations for over a year now, but the Tubular models also fit this saying like a glove. Many people still don't know that the basis of the Tubular can be traced back to the original model from 1994. The damping system of the prototypes at that time could be adjusted to the wearer's needs with a pump, similar to a tire. Nowadays, unfortunately, there are hardly any pairs left in good condition, and if there are, either the pump is missing or the shoe is no longer wearable. In recent years, the "new Tubular" has undergone a number of updates and variations. Unisex models were created, such as the Shadow and Invader, which were primarily intended to appeal to a younger audience. I've also seen the Tubular Defiant ( girls only! ) on a few women's feet in my circle of friends. Plus various material and color combinations, Primeknit...

Of all these variations, the Tubular Doom is still my "favorite Tubular". I still remember how the All White and the All Black were sold out within a few minutes every time they were restocked. In the meantime, the Tubular models have become a little quieter. However, this has less to do with the Tubular itself and more to do with the oversupply of interesting models from adidas.Colourway, which is the subject of this article, is particularly impressive thanks to its Primeknit upper in the Oreo look. The color combination is still very popular and works on every shoe in my opinion. The upper also offers the Glow In The Dark effect, which I personally only noticed in my hallway.
