@christopher has opted for a classic with a twist with the adidas Samba XLG Black. The silhouette builds on the OG colorway from 1950 and develops the design further. The XLG stands for Extralage. FROM SAMBA TO XLG

The adidas Samba soccer boot has taken the world's fans by storm. The sneaker was quickly spotted not only on the pitch, but also in the stands and eventually made it to the world's major cities as an everyday sneaker. The silhouette can now look back on 74 years of sneaker history and has not only been further developed with collabs, but also with new editions. The latter is also the case with the XLG line, which impresses with its strikingly voluminous design. Similar to the adidas Campus with the Campus 00, the Samba also receives a skate-style update. The traditional components of the previous model, such as the characteristic T-overlay suede, the lettering on the midpanel, the stripes and the different-colored heel insert, remain. The well-cushioned insole makes the XLG significantly more comfortable than the Samba.

The Samba and all its further developments are currently very much in vogue. This is not least due to the hype for retro models and Blokecore. Christopher combines it with a Starter All Star Asphalt Legends Los Angeles baseball jersey, which breaks up the otherwise rather plain color scheme with blue highlights.
