miadidas EQT Support Event in Berlin

You will no doubt have noticed my short trip to Berlin last Friday. I flew out from Düsseldorf with my "partner in crime" sneakerb0b at midday and, after a quick detour to our hotel, headed straight to the adidas Originals store on Münzstraße. The reason for the event was the miEQT launch of the adidas Support, which has been available in the online store from adidas since Friday. In addition to b0b and myself, my colleagues from Sneakers Mag, Turnschuh.TV and my friend Runnerwally were also at the start. Plus dear Quote, Marc from Overkill and a few other Berlin locals, and together we had the opportunity to get to know the miEQT support options and order our desired design that evening. Personally, I had already tried out which colors and materials were available in the early morning. However, the premium options were only activated in the evening, so I still had something to discover. I didn't make a final decision on my design that evening, as things are always pretty hectic at events like this. I then took the time to work on my design on Sunday. Quite comfortably on the couch. :)I chose the pastel shades "Pearl Opal" and "Vapour Green" for my design. These two colors simply appealed to me the most that evening. I wanted a "fresh" support that I could also wear in summer without any problems. The two colors are perfect for this. The upper is made almost entirely of harlequin leather, only the mudguard and the heel tab are made of smooth waxed leather. I find the harlequin leather in particular really interesting. The material has already been used on the Support GRs and is now also being used on the miEQT models. Somehow the material is supposed to change, even "split" after you've worn the shoe for a few days....I'm curious! Personally, I'm already looking forward to my design, and of course I'm quite curious to see which options the other guests at the miEQT launch event have decided on. The models on display at the event were definitely really good and came across much better live than in the configurator. Detailed pictures and the corresponding "on feets" of my design will of course follow as soon as my shoe arrives.those of you who have not yet looked into the options of the miEQT Support should visit adidas as soon as possible. Support enthusiasts in particular should have a lot of fun with the configurator of the miEQT Support.
