Nike Air Max Scorpion - new colourways

*EDIT: August 6, 2022. *: If the Nike Air Max Scorpion with a purple sole didn't quite appeal to you, we have good news for you, because other colorways of the model have appeared. In addition to the Black model already presented in this article, there will also be a version in Triple Black and Wolf Grey. The Triple Black differs from the Black only in the color of the sole, which is the same black as the upper and thus gives a somewhat simpler overall impression. If you're more of a fan of bright sneakers, the Wolf Grey might be something for you. This model is also equipped with a black sole, which rounds off the otherwise grey shoe. With the Nike Air Max Scorpion, a brand new silhouette of the popular Air Max series comes out, which reminds us a bit of the Air Max VaporMax. Nike actually manages to give the 1987 sneaker a new look once again after 35 years of Air Max technology.

THIS IS WHAT THE NEW AIR MAX MODEL LOOKS LIKE

Just recently, the official images of the new Nike Air Max Scorpion have been released. Especially the sole is strongly reminiscent of the alleged role model, the VaporMax. The Scorpion is said to be a combination and evolution of the VaporMax and the Air Max 720 are. The new sole is even thicker and Nike says it will be more innovative and comfortable. The damping consists of a semi-fragmented air bubble in combination with an adapted plate for the necessary stability. We are very excited about the wearing feeling, because the sole of the VaporMax had already promised walking like on clouds. The sneaker is completely designed in a dark Flyknit material that guarantees maximum comfort. On the sides of the silhouette is a grey Swoosh embroidered that stands out just slightly from the rest of the Air Max. Thus, the purple shimmering sole is also the highlight of the Scorpion due to the color contrast and is provided with an embossed Swoosh and Air Max lettering in the heel area.
