Palace x GUCCI - Collabo out on October 21st

We recently received the news via Instagram that Palace x GUCCI is launching a joint collection. Two brands that, at first glance, couldn't be more different and therefore particularly benefit from each other. The Italian luxury label was founded by Guccio Gucci in 1921 and passed into the hands of the French luxury group Kering in 2004. Even though the brand has been around for over 100 years, Gucci is anything but dusty, which the brand proves through its numerous collaborations. Recently we were happy about the adidas x Gucci collection, which of course also included colorways of the Gucci adidas Gazelle and was a complete success! Contact with the streetwear label Palace probably came about through adidas. The two brands are already connected by a long common path, which has given us the gift of some collaborations.

THIS IS WHAT THE COLLECTION LOOKS LIKE

The new Palace x GUCCI collab clearly plays with the opposites of the two brands. They have managed to create an incredible range of clothing that will appeal to fans of both brands in equal measure. The collection consists on the one hand of iconic Gucci pieces, such as four different loafer models and on the other hand of racing jackets, football jerseys and tracksuits. Even if the Italian touch of the high fashion brand is a little more prominent, Creative Director Alessandro Michele emphasizes that the collection is made for the streets. Co-branding seems to be a particular focus of the collaboration, as all items in the collection feature distinct Palace and Gucci elements. WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE PALACE X GUCCI COLLABO BE AVAILABLE?

The new Palace x GUCCI collection will be released on October 21st in Gucci's online store - Gucci Vault. The new collabo will also be available from other selected retailers online and in store.
