The successful collaboration between PUMA and Alexander McQueen goes into the next round and is something to be proud of in my opinion: the new collection from PUMA and the British fashion label McQ is a futuristic avant-garde take on the fall/winter season. A very bold and cool mix. After the rather sporty collaboration with Vashtie, this time it's something in a completely different league in my opinion. In a positive way, of course! Creative Director Sarah Burton is once again following in the footsteps of fashion designer Alexander McQueen and consistently pursuing the technoid aspirations of the previous McQ collections for PUMA. The focus of the latest footwear creations is on silhouettes with a clear sports and lifestyle DNA that attract attention with exclusive materials and unmistakable colorways, while the MCQ SERVE MID and LO are two everyday court silhouettes that are particularly impressive with their high-quality leather uppers and monochrome colorways. In contrast, the MCQ TECH RUNNER MID and LO bring a fashion-level performance orientation to the collection, which is underlined by reflective materials and bold colorways in addition to the design. The bridge between future and past in the form of the PUMA Running Archive is built with the two Disc interpretations, which either showcase the Disc system on a reinterpreted upper construction or replace the innovative closing mechanism with a new lacing system. The latter silhouette in particular shows the influence of contemporary street style by perfecting underground trends in the fashion segment.
