Relaunch of the EQT series - an overview of the new models

If you didn't notice what adidas was doing at Fashion Week in Berlin, you're either from the day before yesterday, don't have Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, or don't have access to any social network or the internet in general. :)adidas Originals celebrated the relaunch of the Equipment series in Berlin together with some guests with a variety of new models, new editions and further developments. After "Turbo Red" was already introduced as a new colorway for the EQT series, other silhouettes from the family are now getting the color update.to keep track, we at Dead Stock have prepared a small overview for the release on January 26th.

adidas EQT Support ADV

The EQT Support ADV has been given a sock-like construction by adidas, consisting of a two-tone knitted upper. The rather dark sneaker is accented by Turbo Red components on the heel and some reflective elements. I could imagine that some will have problems with the finish at the top of the sock. These critical voices were already heard about the NMD back then. I don't have a problem with the closure at all and actually find it quite comfortable on the foot.

adidas EQT Support ADV PK

I would definitely recommend the Primeknit version, which I personally also prefer. The black-grey melange with the Turbo Red on the heel simply looks a bit sleeker and sportier compared to the colorway of the ADV. I like it! #ersguterschuh

adidas EQT Support Ultra

I already wrote about the EQT Support with Boost sole in an earlier post. In terms of comfort, the sneaker is top notch, but the shape is of course not as pointed as the Haven or the new EQT Refined due to the upturned toebox. However, I absolutely recommend it and actually wear mine very often.

adidas EQT Support RF

The adidas EQT Support Refine is probably the model that old die-hard equipment fans in particular have been waiting a long time for. There was certainly a lot of excitement about the new edition of the EQT range a few years ago, but there were soon critical voices complaining about the shape of the models. With the adaptation of the silhouette, these critics should slowly fall silent. By the way, my favorite shoe for the release on January 26 is the adidas EQT Support Ultra Primeknit, which I have already added to my release calendar. Incidentally, Pusha-T also used the same silhouette for his collabo, so you can assume that the shoe will be in high demand. The EQT Support 93/17 will be similarly difficult. The Boost sole with the three stripes on the side is quite popular in the forums, and all of the models presented here will be available from January 26 in adidas Originals flagship stores, in the online shop and from selected retailers.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOGVj9SE4sw
