The COMME of the GARCONS x Nike Air Foamposite is coming soon

Some of you may still remember the pictures from the CDG AW21 show. At least that's when we saw the Comme des Garcons x Nike Air Foamposite for the first time. The release should finally take place on November 5th. All information about the shoe can be found here in the article.

CDG and Nike know exactly how to drive potential buyers crazy. With early seeding. It's been a while since the show anyway and now you can still see the first happy people here and there who got the Nike Air Foamposite sent to them. Who doesn't want that at this price. The new collaboration between CDG and Nike costs about 520 euros. Not cool.

As usual, the Foamposite by designer Jun'ya Watanabe comes in monochrome colors: black and white. So there is no new model, just small changes to an existing silhouette. The pattern of the classic Nike Air Foamposite is therefore slightly different and more delicate. On the heel we find a CDG branding. All in all an absolutely nice design. The silhouette may not be for everyone. We think the design and the shoe are basically great, but we are massively put off by the price. 520 euros is simply too much for a shoe that costs around 150 euros without a collaboration partner. If you can or want to afford it, you should grab the release.
