I wear my normal US 11.5 in the 700 Wave Runner, similar to the Ultra Boost or the V2 models. A US 12 would also fit me because the shoe feels very tight for the first few days (the upper presses on the toes, like the V2). In my opinion, however, this settles over time with both models.

In terms of length, my normal size US 11.5 is absolutely perfect. If you have thick toes or generally somewhat "lumpier" feet, I recommend going up half a size. Otherwise, the shoe is definitely TTS for me (true to size!).
