A visit to the adidas HQ in Herzogenaurach

I visited the adidas HQ in Herzogenaurach at the beginning of this week. It was my first invitation to the headquarters, so of course I dropped everything to take the train to Nuremberg on Monday morning, starting with my friend Bassy from Sneakyberlin, Laura and Wendelin from adidas, me and a few other bloggers at the Christmas market in Nuremberg. A cheerful get-together - of course (for the people who liked it) with a nice warm mulled wine! Afterwards we cooked together - under professional guidance - in a cooking school specially rented by adidas, which I personally really enjoyed. The adidas HQ is about 45 minutes away from Nuremberg, so we had breakfast together and then all set off straight away. Our first appointment was at the adidas in-house gym, where we all worked out together, followed by one of my personal highlights of the day: a visit to the famous adidas archive! In addition to many OG's, first productions, accessories from historic sporting events and many other things, there was also Thomas Müller's football boot, which he wore in the 7:1 against Brazil, to marvel at. afterwards, at lunch together, I realized how many people actually work at the adidas headquarters. A total of around 4,800 people are employed at the Herzogenaurach site, and of course I only saw a fraction of them in the "canteen". Freshly fortified, I then went to a photo shoot for one of the upcoming adidas developments in the running sector. But I can't, shouldn't and don't want to tell you too much about it. That will come as soon as I have the pictures in my hands. I think it will be ready in January... Last but not least, I would of course like to thank everyone.
