Bode, the renowned New York brand known for its creative use of everyday materials such as family comforters and lace tablecloths, has teamed up with Nike for a collection that includes both footwear and apparel. Together, Bode x Nike bring back the classic from the 70s, the Astro Grabber. The shoe has never been reissued. The collaboration is a fusion of Bode's unique style and the timeless charm of the Astro Grabber, which will come in two colorways. The collection is inspired by baseball and football from the 70s.
The Light Cream colorway features a mix of natural, black and cream tones, presented through a carefully woven mesh upper in a natural tone. It is accented with elegant black details on the iconic Swoosh logos and tongue branding. As well as tags on the laces. Each pair is adorned with co-branding adorning the tongues and insoles, all elegantly packaged in a special box.
