Nike is celebrating the national holiday "Koningsdag" together with the Netherlands and is therefore releasing the Nike Air Max 1 King's Day. In the past, Nike has already released sneakers themed around the national holidays of countries around the world. The latest creation is dedicated to the Dutch holiday Koningsdag, which is celebrated on April 26. On this day, the Dutch celebrate the king's birthday. Since 2014, the holiday has been dedicated to King Willem-Alexander. To match, Nike has designed a sneaker that combines orange and brown elements.
When can you buy the new Air Max sneakers?
So that you can wear the sneaker in time for April 26, the Air Max 1 King's Day will appear in the first stores on April 22, 2025. Typical for a Nike release, the new Air Max 1 will launch at 9:00 am. If you don't want to miss the drop of the AM1, why not use the tools from our free Dead Sock App?
