Y3 Japan Football Association Collection

The new Y3 Japan Football Association collection arrives in a few days. Included: a super large number of jerseys, T-shirts, longsleeves and much more. Prices start at 30.00 euros and go up to an astonishing 600.00 euros. All information about the collection can be found here.

Y-3 has been a leading force at the intersection of sport and fashion for over 20 years, combining the unique vision of Yohji Yamamoto with the performance innovation of Adidas. Previously, they were best known for their collaborations with Real Madrid. Now, for the first time, Y-3 and the Japan Football Association (JFA) have collaborated on a collection that includes both on-pitch and culture wear.

The collection is designed to reflect the history of the national team and features hand-painted flame graphics designed by Yohji Yamamoto. These motifs run through the entire collection and stand for the Japanese symbol of mystical power and strength. At the time of the Olympic Games in Paris this summer, the Japanese men's and women's national teams will wear the Y-3 for JFA in their competitions. The culturewear collection is inspired by one of the JFA's goalkeeper jerseys from the late 90s, which has become a cult classic due to its eye-catching and instantly recognizable flame pattern.

When will the Y3 Japan Football Association collection drop?

The new Y3 x JF collection will drop on July 01 at 00:00 and 10:00 respectively. However, the two jerseys in white and black are already available at adidas, so if you want one, you should hurry.
