The Basement is one of the largest sneaker and streetwear Facebook groups, which has now developed into a news platform and also produces content. The "management" of Basement is based in London and one of its most famous members is Gully Guy Leo. RIN is also said to be in the group and has already quoted the name in various songs. The group is abbreviated as: BSMNT

The community received its accolade in 2017 with its own Nike Dunk collabo.
