Nike Air Max 90 Mexican Blanket - first look

While I was sitting at Vienna airport last weekend waiting for my plane to board, I stumbled across the Air Max 90 Mexican Blanket at sneakernews.com. Nike couldn't really decide which pattern would look best on the Air Max 90. So they made it easy for themselves and used a variety of Mexican-inspired prints and patterns for the upper. In addition, a blue and black denim was used in the toebox and tongue area, which I personally like best about the shoe. I have to give it a markdown because of this strange bulge in the upper area of the mudguard. Nike could have really done without it on the Air Max 90 Mexican Blanket.

The concept is rounded off by a white midsole, which the Nike designers have nicely positioned on a rubber sole. Fortunately, I would almost say, because a different colored outsole would definitely have ruined the good impression I have of the Nike Air Max 90 Mexican Blanket.While we still have to wait for official release information here in Germany, the Nike Air Max 90 Mexican Blanket is now available at atmos.
