Nike Epic Flyknit React Cargo Khaki

This week I had the opportunity to wear the Nike Epic Flyknit React. The model was released a few weeks ago and is now available in several colorways. At first I had my eye on the pink colorway, but in the end I settled for the Cargo Khaki colorway presented here, which is supposed to be something like Nike's Ultra Boost. Perhaps a little too late in my eyes, but it's good that Nike has done something about it. The sole is made from a special Nike React foam and, although it is particularly soft, it is also supposed to be extremely durable. I have feet that are too wide for this shoe. The Nike Epic Flyknit React is definitely first class in terms of cushioning, but I suspect that a US 12 would be much more comfortable to wear. I had nothing to complain about in terms of length, but I don't think a running shoe should pinch either. However, I've always said that I wouldn't use either the Epic React Flyknit or the Ultra Boost for jogging. For me, both models are absolute lifestyle shoes and are therefore more likely to be classified as streetwear. Especially in the less performance-oriented colorways that we can expect for the upcoming summer.
